We went to the pool with a bunch of girls in my ward last week. It was overcast and we really weren't at the pool that long so I didn't put suncreen on Jaike. OOPS, that was a big mistake!!! Poor kid, everytime I would lay him down to change his diaper he would arch his back and say "owee,back." When I would pick him up to hold him I couldn't touch his back at all. The sunburn is gone now but SHEESH, you think I would know better.

I just did that to Nate last week too. We were just out working in the yard so I didn't even think about the sunscreen! He got burned pretty badly. I'm such a dork-- nice to know I have good company. :)
Get some aloe vera...quick!
When we first moved to SC, we missed getting sunscreen under a little part of Megan's face under her eye. She burned and blistered and we got chewed out by all the locals, including the RS Pres, as if we didn't feel guilty enough.
Looks like it's going to be a nice tan soon!
I hate sunburns! The kids have been spending so much time outside and poor Rylie is recovering from a sunburn right now too. I guess there are alot of us kind of Moms out there:0)
Youch!!! My pastey white kids have had a few of those too... poor guy!
Now that my own sun spots make summer appearances on my face I've become the sunscreen Nazi with my kids...but we did forget that first sunny day this summer and poor Rachael had the worst burn on her shoulders. You're not alone!
