Tables

I have been eyeballing these tables out of the Pottery Barn catalog for months but of coarse I couldn't afford to buy them. I asked Mike to make them for me but knew that he probably wouldn't because he doesn't have a ton of spare time on his hands these days. While I was in Oregon Mike went on a rotation that gave him some more time at home than he was used to since his entire family was gone on vacation he used his spare time to make me these tables. There are actually two end tables but I didn't think that you needed to see a picture of both of them since they look exactly the same. Fun huh? Thanks Mike!!

Those look amazing! Of course, it's all the more spectacular since he made them himself. You should give us a shot of the whole room so we can get the feel of the overall look.

I am so glad you finally got the tables you wanted!!!! You definately couldn't find those stylish tables on Craigslist. They look great!! Even better than pottery barn! THey are real wood :) I wish my wood working husband would make me some neat tables like yours.
Tell Mike he did Awesome!!!!!! If I was there I would give him a great big "way to go" butt slap.

Ummmm...I'm so jealous...that your husband can do that and actually DID do that for you! WOW! Seriously! I just might be angry at Joey tonight for the underlying jealousy I'm feeling right now;) J/K They're beautiful

Does Mike take orders? We would like the EXACT same tables. Shouldn't be too hard now that he has made them once already. Just send me an email when they're ready. We will give you an early finish bonus if you can get them done sooner. That should be easy considering what a posh work schedule you've got. Kidding.

Wow, all that pent up energy from, ahem, "missing you" went to good use!

Seriously- those are gorgeous... hold on to that boy tight- if his looks, personality and profession aren't enough to tempt the other soccer to mom's hit on him when you're not looking- his mad woodworking skillz will be!

Totally jealous of your Mike's mad skeels. He and my Mike need to hang out more. Guess you should move to Utah. :)

Seriously though, I love them and they looks so great in your house!

love the tables! Yes, it was UPS. He finally gets to top pay and this happens. Not sure where to go from here. All he wanted to do was drive for them so it's made looking for another job difficult. Oh well, things happen for a reason.

We're still going to San Antonio in three weeks since the trip is all paid for and we can't get our money back. Maybe we can get together with the Walkers and have a BBQ or something.

We'll be there the 11th-19th, we can't wait.
